the Impact of pearl harbor
_
The Pearl Harbor
attack had many effects on America other than causing the United States to
enter World War II. For the first time, a diverse nation became completely
unified, and patriotism reached an all time high. The number of jobs increased
to make war supplies, gradually lifting America out of the Great Depression.
With World War II came advances in technology, medicine, and weaponry. Pearl
Harbor greatly damaged Japanese-American relations. The Japanese residing in
America were moved to internment camps with the Japanese Relocation Act. After
World War II, America became an international power with a strong Army, Navy,
and Air Force.
